Furthermore, consider that if multiple instances of the application are opened in the same browser instance, in most cases you can get automatic session sharing, by using the "SHARE_SESSION" parameter in createEngine().

Do you mean, with this setting, server count as one session, although client open same page but two windows browser.
But the point is, don't make any error or lost connection in client.

The SHARE_SESSION setting is only effective within a single browser instance.
Note that different windows may or may not belong to the same browser instance, also depending on the browser.
What do you mean by errors or lost connections related with SHARE_SESSION ?
I suppose this is covered by this thread.
