Although the administrators and moderators of Lightstreamer Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off the forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Lightstreamer (WESWIT), nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. The owners of Lightstreamer reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
You are responsible for keeping your online Password confidential. Failure to do so exposes you to the risks of fraud and loss. You are also responsible for keeping your ClientId confidential. A ClientId is a unique code that allows you to run multiple instances of Lightstreamer Server with an Evaluation License.
NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEG. DECR. NO. 196/03 (ITALIAN LAW)
Pursuant to art. 13 of the Leg. Decr no. 196 of 30.6.2003 ("Data Protection Code") WESWIT S.R.L. informs you that the information supplied by you during the contractual relationship will be subject to processing in compliance with the above mentioned provisions and with confidentiality obligations assumed by WESWIT S.R.L.
The information gathered will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual obligations.
The data will be processed via computerised and paper means and using procedures guaranteed to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with the provisions of the Leg. Decr. 196/03 in relation to the minimum security measures required for the use of personal data pursuant to articles 31-36, together with appendix "B" of the same decree.
WESWIT S.R.L. may, if necessary, transmit the information gathered to other parties, legal persons or corporations, solely for the purposes for which the information was collected as indicated above. The data will not be distributed.

against whom the interested party may exercise his/her rights, indicated below, pursuant to art. 7 of the Leg. Decr. no. 196/03 at any time (by sending an e-mail or writing a letter):
1. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal details regarding him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
2. to obtain an indication of the origin of the personal details, the purposes and methods of use, the system applied if processed via electronic means, the identification details of the data holder, the persons in charge and the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, subsection 2 of the Leg. Decr. 196/03, of parties or categories of parties to whom the personal details may be communicated or who may become aware of said details in their capacity as designated representative within the state, persons in charge or authorised persons;
3. to obtain the updating, correction or, if applicable, integration of the information, its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of information processed in breach of the law, including information which is not required to be stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
4. for certification that the operations pursuant to clause 3) above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the information was transmitted or distributed, also with regard to their content, except where such obligation is impossible or involves a use of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected;
5. to oppose, in full or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal information regarding him/her, even if relevant to the purposes of collection, as well as the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or business communications.
