This file contains the declaration of the interface classes needed
for the management of the connection with Lightstreamer Server.
The file is used by the client Engine page, which creates suitable
objects from these interface classes and makes them available to
Push-Page code through the PushPage.onEngineCreation() and
PushPage.onEngineReady() callbacks.
